1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pebble Stream Pte Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our private art gallery tours and related services in Singapore. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Pebble Stream provides private art gallery tours and related services in Singapore, including:

• Curated gallery visits and art tours
• Expert art guide services
• Art consultation and advisory services
• Corporate art experiences
• Custom art experiences and events

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified in your booking confirmation.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

3.3 Deposits and Full Payment

For tours over SGD 500, a 50% deposit is required at booking with the balance due 48 hours before the tour date. Full payment is required for tours under SGD 500.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 48-72 hours before tour: 50% refund
• 24-48 hours before tour: 25% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, gallery closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the tour at no additional cost.

4.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or civil unrest.

5. Tour Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Client Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually at designated meeting points
• Follow guide instructions and gallery rules
• Respect artwork, gallery spaces, and other visitors
• Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements
• Comply with photography restrictions in galleries

5.2 Company Responsibilities

• Provide professional and knowledgeable guides
• Ensure tours are conducted safely and professionally
• Provide access to galleries and venues as advertised
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the total amount paid for your tour. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6.2 Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property during tours. Clients are advised to secure their belongings and avoid bringing valuable items.

6.3 Health and Safety

Clients participate in tours at their own risk. We recommend appropriate travel insurance. Clients with health conditions should consult their physician before booking.

7. Photography and Media

7.1 Client Photography

Photography policies vary by gallery. Our guides will inform you of specific restrictions. Flash photography is generally prohibited, and some artworks may not be photographed.

7.2 Company Photography

We may photograph tours for marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of your image in our promotional materials unless you specifically opt out in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Age Requirements

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Corporate tours may have different age requirements. Special arrangements can be made for educational groups.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to gallery closures, special exhibitions, or other circumstances. We will provide suitable alternatives and notify clients of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through Singapore's courts or through arbitration as we may choose.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

15.1 Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced

15.2 Promotional Offers

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts and are subject to availability and specific terms.

16. Group Bookings

Groups of 8 or more may be subject to different terms and pricing. Corporate bookings require separate agreements outlining specific terms and conditions.

17. Special Dietary Requirements

For tours including meals, we will accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. Additional charges may apply for special arrangements.

19. Entire Agreement
